Are you ready to train in a safe, effective manner to prepare you for birth?

For many of women, birth will be the most athletic experience of her life. Why not train specifically for it?

Whether you are looking to keep excess pounds off during pregnancy, or prepare for the marathon that is birth, the prenatal programming provides strength and conditioning that evolves with your changing body through your pregnancy. 

What you can expect from prenatal training:

– Intentionally up-regulating and down-regulating the nervous system to build resiliency for labor.
– “Pre-habbing” the core and pelvic floor.


We currently offer in-person training in Fallbrook, CA but can make arrangements to train in your hom
e gym if preferred.

Prenatal Programming
From 4-weeks gestation and beyond.
