Every woman is unique, and so is her menstrual cycle. Whether you’re looking to unlocking and maximizing your potential and gains, or looking to conceive in the future, understanding your body is key.

For the athlete, your cycle will impact your performance. Understanding how and when to train with the different hormones as they present in different parts of your cycle can make a huge difference in how you feel and making gains in your performance.

For the woman who is planning to get pregnant soon, knowing your cycle and working with it not only can improve how you feel in relation to your own workouts, but can only help to conceive when you are ready. 


Menstrual cycles can range from 28-35 days and different women ovulate on different days. Knowing when you ovulate helps tremendously when trying to conceive! We also look at how the state of your nervous system or diet could be impacting your ability to conceive.

Cyclical Programming

Because women’s cycles vary in length and exercise or fitness looks different for many of us, FAWM offers programming to help you “periodize” your fitness routine to help set you up to reach your goals.

Enrollment includes:
