The FAWM Postpartum Series is a rehab movement class that meets twice a week for four weeks.

This class is for all fitness levels and athletic backgrounds. Ideal for moms 6 weeks to 18 months postpartum, this class is also beneficial for any mom still struggling with pelvic floor dysfunction or starting their postpartum fitness journey.

Classes will take place at a private home gym in the Knob Hill area of San Marcos, CA.

EDUCATION

Each session will include a topic of discussion including breathing, core & pelvic floor healing, nourishment, baby bonding, self-love and more.

REHAB & TRAINING

Rehab with fitness. Following our discussion, we will enter into our strength and conditioning portion of the class to literally exercise our rehab.

SUPPORT

In-person training with a qualified coach allows for hands-on and real-time support. Small group class environment allows for intimate, intentional connection with other moms who can empathize with your journey.

**While this class can be taken in conjunction with your current training program, it is not a substitute for pelvic floor PT (which can also be done in tandem with this class, with approval).

Non-mobile bebes are welcome!

If space is still available, an invoice will be sent to you upon enrollment. Payment plans are available upon request but must be paid in full prior to the class starting. No refunds will be given for missed classes.
